If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 24 hour notice. Please understand that when you do not cancel or show up for an appointment, it is a cost to us. If you cannot provide us with a 24 hour notice, we may impose the following fees:

"No Show" for session:

        *Loss of that treatment in your treatment package

Same day cancellation:

        *$50.00 charge before your next scheduled treatment

Late Fee:

         *10 minute grace period. Any time after grace period you will be 

            charged an additional $25 

Time Frame to Complete Package Sessions:
*Effective 4/10/2022 - Clients who book packages must complete sessions within 6 months from the first date of service.
